विदिशा: मध्य प्रदेश के विदिशा ज़िले में मामूली विवाद को लेकर यहां एक स्कूली छात्रा को उसके घर पर स्कूल की ही तीन अन्य छात्राओं ने जलाकर मार डाला। पुलिस ने बताया कि सतपांडा सराय गांव में एक सरकारी स्कूल की सातवीं कक्षा की छात्राएं विनीता और दीपा नौवीं की छात्रा सोनम के साथ मिलकर बुधवार को किसी अन्य छात्रा को बुरी तरह पीट रही थीं कि इसी बीच निधि धाकड़ नाम की छात्रा ने बीच में पड़कर उनसे ऐसा नहीं करने का अनुरोध किया। इससे गुस्साई तीनों छात्राओं ने मिलकर निधि को पीटना शुरू किया। वह उनके चंगुल से छूटकर अपने घर भागी लेकिन तीनों ने उसका पीछा नहीं छोड़ा। तीनों छात्राओं ने निधि के घर घुसकर उसे अकेला देख उसके घर में रखा मिट्टी का तेल उस पर डाल दिया और आग लगाकर भाग गईं। चीख-पुकार और धुएं की वजह से पड़ोसी मौके पर पहुंचे और उन्होंने एक कंबल से धू-धू कर जलती निधि को बचाने का प्रयास किया और उसके किसान पिता को सूचना दी। छात्रा के पिता ने उसे तुरंत सरकारी अस्पताल में दाखिल कराया जहां उसकी मौत हो गई। दोषी छात्राओं के खिलाफ पुलिस कार्रवाई कर रही है। पोस्टमॉर्टम के बाद निधि का शव परिजनों के सुपुर्द कर दिया गया है।

This lady works for IT sector, which invariably means a kind of comfortable working conditions like AC office, 5-day a week work etc.
Her husband and father both work for police. And she expects her husband to be available to her all time to fulfill all her demands.
The main issue here is not dowry but the different working timings due to altogether different working profiles.
When thinking of taking divorce it would have occurred to her that being working herself she would get less or no money as maintenance; and, how can she leave the husband and father-in-law's black money behind when separating.

MUMBAI: A father-son duo, employed with the Mumbai police, has been booked in a dowry case along with four other family members. The complaint was filed by Shreya aka Ratnaprabha (26), who is married to Sachin Jadhav (29), a constable. 

Sachin’s father Chandrakant (54) is an assistant sub-inspector at the JJ Marg police station. Shreya, in her complaint, has stated that her in-laws were demanding a dowry of Rs 5 lakh. One of her main grouse is that her husband didn’t return home early from work. A sessions court has granted anticipatory bail to all the six accused. 

Sachin and Shreya tied the knot in February 2009. They lived with Sachin’s parents, Chandrakant and Sangeeta, at Byculla. Shreya used to work in the IT sector. 

In her statement to the Agripada police, Shreya stated that her husband used to return home late from work. She has claimed that Sachin gave her evasive replies every time she asked him about his late arrival. This, Shreya has alleged, forced her to stay up late. She has also said that staying up late upset her routine and made it difficult for her to juggle her job with household chores. 

“Shreya has told us that the Jadhavs were putting pressure on her to get her to get money from her parents so that they could buy a new house,’’ a police officer said. “She claims she was taunted and abused verbally. Sachin’s sister Jyoti and cousins—Neelam Vidhate and Anita Bankar— have also been accused of harassment,’’ said the officer. While Vidhate lives in Junnar, Bankar resides in Lonavla. 

Sachin’s counsel, MA Khan, said the constable had to rush for emergency as well as bandobast duties at odd hours. “As a result, he had to spend a lot of time away from his family,” said Khan. 

The court granted anticipatory bail to all the accused on the grounds that their custody wasn’t required. “The Jadhavs are willing to return all the valuables that Shreya had brought at the time of the marriage,’’ Khan said. 

Meanwhile, Shreya has filed for maintenance in a court at Sangamner in Ahmednagar, her hometown. She is currently living with her parents in Vashi.

Live-in partners splits, woman files false criminal case against partner

Just how easy is it for women to exploit and abuse the Indian laws and judicial process has become evident once more in yet another false case!!
This lady entered into a live-in relationship while studying in UK. Subsequently, she delivers a baby in 2009 in UK.
Next, with intentions to extort from the guy, she files complaints against him with charges of domestic violence and rape while in UK itself.
It is very much evident that these were false complaints as these were filed about the 1 year after the birth of their child. But unlike Indian processes, the UK processes are lesser blind, and she had to herself withdraw all the allegations by signing an affidavit.


After some more time the couple returns India and go their separate ways. Now, this woman how much this woman is empowered in INDIA owing to the "Kannoon andha hota hai" (Law is blind) philosophy, and realizing she can extort good amount using (abusing) the Indian judicial processes, she goes ahead and files false criminal cases of IPC 498a, not one but two cases!!!


She wants money, uninterrupted and unquestioned custody of the child which is already with her and on top of that maintenance as well!!

NEW DELHI: After throwing its weight behind live-in relationships saying there is no illegality if two adults live together, the Supreme Court is facing a difficult emotional fallout of it. 

What if two adults decide to live together in a foreign country, share an apartment and have a child and when they come back, the man goes away saying he had no formal relationship with the woman and hence was not liable to her and the child's maintenance? 

This question has cropped up before the Supreme Court, which has stayed proceedings initiated by a woman under Section 498A of Indian Penal Code in Gujarat. But realising the sensitivity of the issues involved, it posted the case for hearing on May 7. 

The case is between Japmandeep and Rajshri. He went to London on a student visa in March 2003 to do post-graduation in information technology from London College of Management and IT. There he met Rajshri, who was pursuing her masters in IT since October 2002. According to Japmandeep, "they became friends and in October 2003 started sharing the same apartment". 

"We shared an apartment in UK, but no religious ceremony for performing marriage took place in London nor did we register any civil partnership as is required under the law of UK. As per UK law, no relationship between the parties exist unless the formalities required under the law of UK are complied with," Japmandeep said in his petition before the SC seeking quashing of the proceedings initiated by his erstwhile live-in partner. 

But there was not a word by the man that a child was born to them in 2005 in UK. After staying the proceedings, the SC issued notice to Rajshri, who in her response submitted documents, including the birth certificate of the child from UK. 

The birth certificate showed that the child was born to Japmandeep Singh Ahluwalia and Rajshri Ahluwalia on November 9, 2005, at Wexham Park Hospital, Slough. A copy of the passport annexed to the reply filed in the SC through lawyer H A Raichura also gave identical description of the child's parents. 

To falsify Rajshri's claim that she was married to him, Japmandeep stated in his petition filed through counsel J S Chhabra that she on October 10, 2006, had made a complaint about domestic violence and rape against him to UK authorities. "However, on December 8, 2006, the complainant withdrew all the allegations levelled against him and signed a statutory declaration in the form of an affidavit before the oath commissioner in England that all the allegations regarding domestic violence, rape and dowry were false and untrue," Japmandeep said. 

But after they reached India on August 29, 2008, Rajshri left for her home in Gujarat and Japmandeep went to Patiala, where his parents lived. "All the communication which have taken place in the year 2008, between Rajshri and Department of Home Office, UK, she was addressed as Rajshri Ben Vijay Kumar Kesri and Japmandeep was addressed as her partner and not her husband," he said in his defence. 

Rajshri initiated proceedings under Section 498A at Patiala and Ahmedabad, and both have been stayed by higher courts — one by Punjab and Haryana HC and the other by SC. However, Rajshri in her response to the apex court expressed willingness to compromise with Japmandeep allowing him to contract fresh marriage provided he returns the money, ornaments and certificates he owed to her, the 4-year-old son remains with her and pays a lumpsum amount to her for maintenance.

TV actor's revenge plot backfires

HYDERABAD: Police on Sunday arrested TV artiste Dimple Kontam and two of her associates for attacking her boyfriend Sridhar Verma, also a TV artiste, with acid last week. Dimple Kontam, 24, of Alwal has acted in several TV serials in Telugu.
On Wednesday last, Dimple had lodged a complaint with the Raidurgam police alleging that an unidentified woman had attacked her with chilli powder and an iron rod while she was on her way for a TV serial shoot with her assistant Mani. 

A day before that, her friend Sridhar Verma was attacked with acid by an assistant provided by a production house at Malaysian Township. However, as the chemical was highly diluted, Sridhar escaped without any injuries. The next day, Sridhar lodged a complaint with the KPHB police alleging that one Nagaraju, an assistant provided by the production house, had attacked him. 

However, the love-revenge plot unravelled when police nabbed Nagaraju from Yousufguda on Saturday and interrogated him. 

Nagaraju told police that Dimple and Mani had asked him to throw acid on Sridhar. Nagaraju was paid Rs 2,500 and the duo also assured him that they would help him in his career, KPHB inspector N Narasimha Reddy said. 

Nagaraju, along with Uday, another production house employee, went on a bike to Malaysian Township on June 8 and called Sridhar Verma. He told Sridhar that he was waiting at Malaysian Township and requested him to pick him up. Sridhar went there in a car and when he rolled down the window glass, Nagaraju threw the chemical on his face and fled. 

By Tuesday night, Dimple and Mani realised that Sridhar was not injured and he had identified Nagaraju. 

In order to escape from the law, they decided to stage an attack on themselves, the inspector added. 

As per their plan, Mani made some scratches on the face of Dimple with a knife and threw some chilli powder and then approached the Raidurgam police alleging that they were attacked by an unidentified woman when they were proceeding in a car to Manikonda for a TV serial shoot on June 9. 

They even tried to put the blame on another artiste, Selvaraj. However, police nabbed Nagaraju and the truth came out. 

When quizzed by police, Dimple claimed Sridhar had promised to marry her, but was deferring it. Upset, she along with Mani decided to end his career by throwing acid on him. They roped in Uday and Nagaraju to execute it by promising to get them decent employment, the inspector said. 

Police nabbed Dimple, Mani and Nagaraju and registered cases against them under section 307 (Attempt to murder) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). They were produced before a magistrate, who remanded them in judicial custody.

नौकरानी ने मांगी 70 लाख की फिरौती 14 Jun 2010, 0340 hrs IST,नवभारत टाइम्स   प्रमुख संवाददाता ।। नई दिल्ली  वारदात नॉर्थ दिल्ली के गुलाबी बाग इलाके की है। यहां रेलवे कॉलोनी में वेंकटेश्वर चतुर्वेदी अपने परिवार के साथ सरकारी फ्लैट में रहते हैं। उनके परिवार में पत्नी के अलावा पांच साल और साढ़े तीन साल की दो बेटियां हैं। चतुर्वेदी परिवार को एक नौकरानी की जरूरत थी। इस बारे में उन्होंने आनंद विहार रेलवे स्टेशन पर नौकरी करने वाले एक साथी अफसर से बात की। साथी ने उन्हें दो महीने पहले नौकरानी के काम के लिए एक महिला से मिलवाया, जो उन्हें आनंद विहार रेलवे स्टेशन पर रोती हुई मिली थी। महिला को नौकरी चाहिए थी तो उन्होंने उसके लिए वेंकटेश्वर से बात की। उस महिला का नाम सुरक्षा श्रेष्ठ (26) है। वह नेपाल की नागरिक है। जल्द ही वह चतुर्वेदी परिवार के साथ घुल-मिल गई, लेकिन उसके इरादे कुछ और ही थे। 6 जून की शाम 6 बजे वह छोटी बेटी वैभवी को कॉलोनी के पार्क में ले गई और लापता हो गई। काफी खोजबीन के बाद भी वह कहीं नहीं मिली। परिवार ने गुलाबी बाग थाने की अंधा मुगल चौकी में कंप्लेंट दर्ज करा दी। पुलिस ने आईपीसी के सेक्शन 363 (नाबालिग का अपहरण) के तहत केस दर्ज कर लिया। तहकीकात के बावजूद कोई सुराग नहीं मिल रहा था। 8 जून की दोपहर 2:55 बजे चतुर्वेदी परिवार के घर के लैंडलाइन नंबर पर नेपाल से सुरक्षा ने फोन किया। उसने बच्ची की रिहाई के बदले डेढ़ लाख डॉलर (70 लाख 12 हजार के आसपास) की डिमांड की। रकम की अदायगी की जगह उसने बाद में बताने के लिए कहा। पुलिस ने पहले ही चतुर्वेदी परिवार के सेलफोन और लैंडलाइन फोन ऑब्जर्वेशन पर ले रखे थे। कॉल डिटेल रेकॉर्ड से यह बात मालूम हुई कि सुरक्षा नेपाल की राजधानी काठमांडू से फोन कर रही थी। इसके बाद सुरक्षा ने कई बार कॉल की। फिरौती की डिमांड होने पर पुलिस ने यह केस आईपीसी के सेक्शन 364ए (फिरौती के लिए अपहरण) में तब्दील कर दिया। आखिरकार उसने 8 तारीख को कहा कि काठमांडू एयरपोर्ट के पास रकम लेकर आ जाएं। वैभवी के पिता और मामा काठमांडू पहुंच गए। हालांकि भारतीय पुलिस नेपाल में जाकर केस वर्कआउट नहीं कर सकती, लेकिन केस की गंभीरता को देखते हुए नॉर्थ डिस्ट्रिक्ट के एक एसीपी के नेतृत्व में पुलिस टीम काठमांडू विमान से भेजी गई। कई दिन तक पुलिस को छकाने के बाद आखिरकार शनिवार को सुरक्षा काठमांडू में पकड़ी गई। उसके चार नेपाली साथी भी पकड़े गए। उनके कब्जे से वैभवी सकुशल बरामद कर ली गई। उसे वेंकटेश्वर चतुर्वेदी के हवाले कर दिया गया। नेपाल से प्रत्यर्पण संधि न होने के कारण नौकरानी को नहीं लाया जा सका। आधिकारिक तौर पर उन्हें विदेश मंत्रालय के दखल के बाद ही लाया जा सकता है।

'शौहर को नहीं सलीका, तलाक चाहिए'

वरिष्ठ संवाददाता ।। गाजियाबाद  वह जमाना चला गया जब पति में कितनी भी बुरी आदतें हों, लेकिन साथ छोड़ने के बारे में सोचना भी गवारा नहीं होता था, लेकिन अब जमाना बदल गया है। इसी बदले जमाने की एक घटना ने लोगों को चौंका दिया है। एक महिला ने इस आधार पर तलाक मांगा है कि उसके पति को कपड़े पहनने की तमीज नहीं है। उसका कहना है कि अगर पति को बढ़िया डिजाइन के कपड़े पहनाने की कोशिश करती हूं तो वह झगड़ा करने पर उतारू हो जाते हैं। ऐसे पति के साथ नहीं रहना है, मुझे तलाक चाहिए। अब यह मामला पुलिस के परिवार परामर्श केंद्र तक जा पहुंचा है।  वसुंधरा सेक्टर-4 में रहने वाले रामकुमार गौड़ (परिवर्तित नाम) का विवाह 5 साल पहले दिल्ली की रहने वाली रीमा (बदला हुआ नाम) के साथ हुआ था। नोएडा की एक कंपनी में सुपरवाइजर रामकुमार की पत्नी रीमा पढ़ी-लिखी है। शुरुआती दिन बड़े आराम से कटे। पहले वह बेरोजगार थीं, लेकिन 2 साल पहले रीमा ने गुड़गांव के एक कॉल सेंटर में नौकरी करनी शुरू की। इसके बाद से रामकुमार की परेशानियां बढ़ने लगीं। रामकुमार का दिखावे में विश्वास नहीं है और पत्नी रीमा को अपटूडेट शौहर चाहिए। इस बात को लेकर दोनों में बराबर झगड़ा होता है।  परिवार परामर्श केंद्र पहुंची रीमा का कहना है कि रामकुमार उसकी मर्जी से कुछ नहीं करता। जब वह उससे नए ट्रेंड के कपड़े पहनने के लिए कहती है तो वह झगड़ा करने लगता है। इससे उसकी बेइज्जती होती है। उसने अपने पति को कई बार समझाने का प्रयास किया लेकिन वह मानने को तैयार नहीं है। रोज के झगड़े से वह तंग आ गई है। अब वह ऐसे व्यक्ति के साथ जीवन नहीं गुजारना चाहती जो उसे समझने के लिए तैयार नहीं है। परामर्श केंद्र के अधिकारियों ने उससे पूरा मामला लिखित में मांगा है जिससे कि मामला रजिस्टर हो सके। इसके बाद रामकुमार को नोटिस दिया जाएगा।

Woman, an air-hostess by profession, goes for live-in with her partner, a pilot, for 1 year. Both work for same airlines Jet Airways.
The relation does not work out for some or the other reason, and then she cries RAPE!!!

Varun Agrawal (27) was arrested from the domestic airport at suburban Vile Parle on charges of raping the 22-year-old air-hostess, who was in a live-in relationship with him, police added. 

He was booked under sections 376 (rape), 420 (cheating), 323 (punishment for voluntarily causing hurt) and 506 (punishment for criminal intimidation), they added.

This is a typical example of how a spate of false RAPE cases are filed in India. The accused is LABELED as GUILTY until proven innocent and the burden is on the accused to prove that he has not committed the crime.


Any sane person upon reading this news can easily make out that this is not a RAPE case but a consensual sex between two consenting adults.
Still, the morons in police not only register the case but also take the guy into custody!!!
Can here be any other motive than to extort money given that pilots are one of the highest earnings cadres in India ??

Even legal experts are of the opinion that this is not a case of rape, whether pretext of marriage or cheating.

Special public prosecutor Rohini Salian said the complainant is an adult mature enough to decide that she wants to live-in with the pilot. Even if it is assumed that she succumbed to physical relationship under threat, why did she keep quiet for so long, Salian asked. “The police could have conducted an initial inquiry before lodging the FIR,” Salian said. “The facts and circumstance of the case suggest that the pilot should not have been booked for rape.”

Public prosecutor Satish Borulkar agreed saying intercourse with the promise of marriage cannot be rape. “The Supreme Court held in 2009 that sexual intercourse following promise of marriage cannot be construed as rape,” Borulkar said. “The consent is there, even if with a false promise.”

Doesn't this case highlights that our police have scant regards for Supreme Court rulings??

Criminal and Divorce suits filed by woman on FRIVOLOUS grounds of Saari

Another typical case where an EMPOWERED woman files frivolous CRIMINAL as well as  Divorce cases. To add spices to the divorce petition, she even goes to the extent of frivolously accusing her innocent hubby of extra-marital affairs.


There are several such women who do not want to put any efforts in understanding the prospective in-laws before marriage, nor want to make any adjustments post-marriage.
And then post-marriage, they resort to dirty tricks of dragging all the in-laws into CRIMINAL cases, and label the husband as 'adulterous'.


Again, the typical behavior of judges where they do not take notice of the harassment meted out to the husband's family because of such frivolous case.
This INACTION of the judges is the single biggest reason why false and frivolous cases do not cease in India.

साड़ी के नाम पर तलाक नहीं मिल सकता: हाई कोर्ट

मुंबई।। साड़ी पहनने में बेशक उलझन भरी ड्रेस हो, खासकर पंजाबी ड्रेस सलवार सूट के मुकाबले में, लेकिन इसके नाम पर शादी को खत्म नहीं किया जा  सकता। बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट ने यह आदेश दिया है। जस्टिस ए. पी. देशपांडे और जस्टिस रेखा की एक डिविजन बेंच ने होम्योपैथिक डॉक्टर अलका (बदला हुआ नाम) की याचिका को खारिज करते हुए यह फैसला सुनाया। कोर्ट ने कहा कि हिंदू मैरिज एक्ट के मुताबिक ससुराल वालों का साड़ी पहनने के लिए दबाव डालना 'क्रूरता' के तहत नहीं आता। अलका और आनंद की शादी जून 2003 को हुई थी। जल्द ही पति और ससुराल वालों से लड़ाई झगड़े के बाद अलका मायके आकर रहने लगी। अलका ने न सिर्फ पति, सास और पति की दो बहनों के खिलाफ दहेज उत्पीड़न और क्रिमिनल केस दायर किया, बल्कि फैमिली कोर्ट में तलाक के लिए भी पिटिशन डाल दी। इसमें अलका ने क्रूरता के कुछ उदाहरण दिए, जिनमें पति के अवैध संबंध को प्रमुख उदाहरण बताया गया है। इसके अलावा एक शिकायत यह है कि ससुराल वाले साड़ी पहनने का दबाव डालते हैं। फैमिली कोर्ट ने अलका की याचिका रद्द कर दी थी, जिसके खिलाफ अलका हाई कोर्ट पहुंची थीं। हाई कोर्ट ने भी फैमिली कोर्ट के फैसले को बरकरार रखा। अन्य आरोपों को साबित करने के लिए अलका ठोस सबूत नहीं जुटा सकीं, इसलिए कोर्ट ने तलाक की पिटिशन खारिज कर दी। साड़ी वाले मामले पर कोर्ट का कहना था कि साड़ी पहनने के लिए कहना उस 'क्रूरता' के दायरे में नहीं है, जिसके तहत तलाक दे दिया जाए।

NEW DELHI: A 24-year-old woman along with her lover has been arrested by west district police for allegedly attempting to murder her husband. The accused have been identified as Reena (24) and Satish Kumar Chauhan (21). 

The police said Reena and her husband, Om Prakash, were intercepted by two bikers in Hari Nagar on May 7. The bikers tried to snatch Reena's gold chain. When Om Prakash intervened, he was stabbed several times. When the police investigated the incident, it found clues indicating that the snatching incident could have been stagemanaged. 

"The number of stab injuries sustained by the victim indicated robbery alone might not be the motive for this crime. We also noticed contradictions in the statements given by Reena. Though Om Prakash had sustained grievous injuries, his wife did not have any injury or abrasion on her neck. This raised some questions," said DCP (west) Sharad Agarwal. 

The police spoke to family members and one of them revealed that Om Prakash was not on good terms with his wife. 

"We found during the investigation that Reena used to talk to Chauhan frequently on phone," added DCP Agarwal. 

Chauhan was living in the neighbourhood of Om Prakash for the past three years. Om Prakash's nephew, Deepak, introduced Chauhan to his uncle and he started visiting his house frequently. "He developed an intimacy with Reena and the two decided to live together. They came so close to each other that they went a temple in November 2009 and accepted each other as a husband and wife in an unconventional ceremony," said a police officer. 

Om Prakash got suspicious of his wife as she used to talk a lot on her mobile phone. When he objections, she complained about it to Satish. "They hatched a conspiracy to eliminate Om Prakash," added the officer. The police said they have seized the knife with which Om Prakash was stabbed. The couple were married for past two and half years and had two children.

अहमदाबाद ।। किडनैपिंग और रेप के एक मामले में पुलिस ने चार महिलाओं को गिरफ्तार किया है। आरोप है कि इन चारों महिलाओं ने 15 साल की एक लड़की को किडनैप करके उसे एक युवक के हवाले कर दिया जिसने उसके साथ बार-बार रेप किया।

लड़की के पिता द्वारा दर्ज करवाई गई शिकायत के मुताबिक राणिप की रहने वाली शोभा, शिवम, मुन्नी और सोमती ने नौकरी का लालच देकर 31 मई को उनकी बेटी का अपहरण कर लिया। उसके बाद वे उसे तिलक पासी नाम के एक युवक के पास ले गईं जो छह महीने पहले अहमदाबाद से आया था। वह लड़की को ड्राइव-इन रोड पर एक होटल में ले गया और उसे एक दिन बंधक बनाए रखा। 24 घंटे में उस युवक ने लड़की के साथ पांच बार रेप किया। अगले दिन 1 जून को लड़की को बाइक पर राणिप जीएसटी रेलवे क्रॉसिंग ले जाकर उसने छोड़ दिया। लड़की घर लौट आई।

साबरमती के पुलिस इंस्पेक्टर बी.आर. डेर ने कहा कि हमने जांच की और चारों महिलाओं को गिरफ्तार कर लिया। इन महिलाओं ने अपराध कबूल करते हुए कहा है कि जल्द पैसा बनाने की इच्छा से उन्होंने ऐसा किया।

After a lethargic investigation, the Delhi police findings:

"No sufficient evidence has been found in the probe against the accused persons and based on the findings, the accused cannot be prosecuted for the offences detailed in the FIR," the closure report, filed before Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Ajay Kumar Pandey, said. 

So one more RAPE case turns out to be a hoax.
Instead of reprimanding the woman for filing a false case, this is the behavior of court:

"Final report filed by ACP Jai Tirkey. Petitioner (alleged victim) is at liberty to file protest petition or objection, if any, on the next date of hearing when the report would be considered," the ACMM said.

Such is that state of affairs in the current laws and their implementation and judgement in India!!

Woman burns her lover to death

VARANASI: A woman allegedly killed her lover by setting him on fire while he was sleeping in a field at Keshavpur village under Jalalpur police station in Jaunpur district on Saturday night. The police arrested the woman on Sunday and sent her to jail.

According to reports, the woman, Sudama Devi (22), allegedly burnt her lover Indrasen (38) to death. The Jalalpur station officer told TOI over phone that the woman had confessed to her crime and was sent to jail.

NEW YORK: A depressed Indian woman threw her 19-month-old daughter into the chilly Hudson river and then jumped in behind her in a murder-suicide attempt to get back at her husband, prosecutors have said.

The baby of 33-year-old Devi Silvia, the mother of two who hails from Tamil Nadu, had to be taken to a trauma centre in Manhattan in a critical condition.

"She said she was sad and lonely and angry at her husband and that she did this horrific act on purpose," assistant district attorney Robert Hettleman was quoted as saying by the New York Post.

"She made clear that she threw her baby into the freezing river in order to get back at her husband," he said, arguing successfully that the mother be held without bail.

The toddler, Jessica Prithi-viraj, was blue and motionless when rescuers plucked her and Silvia from the roughly 10-degrees celsius water on Tuesday last, Hettleman said. He said the child was in a stable condition.

मुजफ्फरनगर।। शादी के लिए बेची गई एक महिला ने अपने सुसराल वालों को जहर दे दिया और नकद व जूलरी लेकर रफूचक्कर हो गई। पुलिस ने बताया कि यह घटना रविवार को यहां दुल्लाखेरी गांव में हुई। महिला 80 हजार रुपये नकद और हजारों रुपये के आभूषण लेकर फरार हो गई।

पुलिस के अनुसार, बिचौलिये को 35 हजार रुपये देकर शिमला से महिला को उसके पति ने खरीदा था और उसके बाद शादी की थी। पुलिस ने बताया कि पति सहित परिवार के नौ सदस्यों को तुरंत अस्पताल ले जाया गया, जहां उनकी हालत गंभीर लेकिन स्थिर है। उन्होंने बताया कि महिला और बिचौलिये को पकड़ने की कोशिश की जा रही है।

गढ़ीपुख्ता थाने के दुल्लाखेड़ी गांव में रहने वाले नकली सिंह कश्यप के चार बेटे श्रीपाल, रामकिशन, कृष्णपाल और सहंदर हैं। सहंदर (28) को छोड़ सभी विवाहित थे। 18 मई को मुजफ्फरनगर में एक वकील के जरिए सहंदर की कथित रूप से हिमाचल की रीना से कोर्ट में शादी कराई गई। लड़की पक्ष से रीना का कथित भाई हेमंत निवासी जालंधर (पंजाब) और उसकी पत्‍‌नी पूजा व सहंदर पक्ष से उसके भाई श्रीपाल और रामकिशन गवाह बने। हालांकि, सहंदर के चचेरे भाई नरेश ने बताया कि 35 हजार रुपये में रीना को खरीदा गया था।

शादी के बादी रीना दुल्लाखेड़ी में सहंदर संग रहने लगी। शनिवार रात रीना ने दूध गर्म कर उसमें नशीला पदार्थ मिलाकर परिवार को सभी सदस्यों को दे दिया।सुबह जब परिवार के लोग नहीं उठे तो पड़ोसियों ने उन्हें जगाने की कोशिश की, लेकिन कोई नहीं उठा। कमरों में भी बदबू थी। इस पर पड़ोसियों को संदेह हुआ। उसके बाद श्रीपाल और नरेश जो बाहर गए थे, वहां पहुंचे। इसके बाद पीड़ितों को सीएचसी शामली पर भर्ती कराया गया।

कानपुर (भाषा) : 4 साल का विशाल व 8 साल का अजय स्कूल जाने के बजाए आजकल कोर्ट कचहरी के चक्कर लगा रहे हैं क्योंकि उनकी भाभी दीपा ने परिवार के अन्य सदस्यों के साथ-साथ इन दोनों मासूम बच्चों के खिलाफ भी दहेज उत्पीड़न का मामला दर्ज करा दिया।

पुलिस इन बच्चों की तलाश में छापे मार रही है। उधर, इस बारे में कानपुर परिक्षेत्र के पुलिस उप महानिरीक्षक (डीआईजी) एच. एच. शुक्ला का कहना है कि मामले की तहकीकात की जा रही है। हम यह जानने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं कि पुलिस से कहां चुक हुई। गोविन्द नगर पुलिस के अनुसार कोर्ट के निर्देश पर 29 जून 2007 को दीपा ने दहेज उत्पीड़न की रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई, जिसमें कहा गया कि सास-ससुर, पति अभिनय और देवर विशाल
व अजय ने दुकान के लिए 50 हजार रुपये मांगे थे। रुपये न दिए जाने पर पूरा परिवार उसको मानसिक व शारीरिक रूप से उत्पीड़न करने लगे।

रिपोर्ट में कहा गया कि 2 दिसम्बर 2006 को पति अभिनय, ससुर रमेश, सास शांति व देवर विशाल व अजय ने गालियां दी और मिट्टी का तेल डालकर जिंदा जलाने की धमकी दी। उधर, कानपुर के वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक एसएसपी अभय कुमार प्रसाद का कहना है कि चुंकि यह मामला कोर्ट के आदेश के बाद दर्ज किया गया और रिपोर्ट में शामिल अभियुक्तों में बच्चों की उम्र का कोई जिक्र नहीं है इसलिए पुलिस उन्हें तलाश कर रही है|

इलाहाबाद।। प्रतापगढ़ के नवाबगंज थाने के नसीरपुर दरगाही गांव में दिल दहला देने वाली घटना हुई। सात साल के श्याम को पड़ोस में रहने वाली उसकी चचेरी मौसी ने धारदार हथियार से उसे मौत के घाट उतार दिया। बताया जा रहा है कि हत्या का मकसद प्रेम संबंध को छिपाना था। सात साल का श्याम दो महीने से अपने नाना मोथू पासी के घर में था। शुक्रवार रात श्याम मां, बहन, मौसी, मामी के साथ छत पर सोया था। सुबह जब लोग सोकर उठे तो श्यामबाबू नदारद था। उसे हर संभव जगह खोजा गया लेकिन नहीं मिला।

रविवार सुबह उसका शव पड़ोस में रहने वाली रीता के घर के पीछे बने खंडहर में पाया गया। इसकी जानकारी पुलिस टीम मौके पर पहुंची। श्याम के शरीर पर धारदार हथियार से वार किया गया था। गले पर काला निशान था और उसके हाथ-पैर रस्सी से बांधे थे। पुलिस अधिकारियों ने श्याम के ननिहाल के लोगों से पूछताछ के आधार पर पड़ोस में रहने वाली रीता को हिरासत में ले लिया और खोजी कुत्ते व फॉरेंसिक टीम को बुलाया गया। खोजी कुत्ता घटनास्थल पर गया और वहां से सीधे रीता के घर में दाखिल हो गया। यहां भूसे के पास गया तो वहां खून के धब्बे थे। पानी से भरे ड्रम के पास गया तो वहां भी खून के छींटे मिले। इसके बाद छिपाकर रखे गए धारदार हथियार और रस्सी को भी खोजी कुत्ते ने बरामद करा दिया।

पुलिस अधिकारियों ने बताया कि रीता का किसी युवक से अवैध संबंध है। जांच में पता चला कि रीता ने अवैध रिश्ते की पोल खुलने के डर से श्याम को मौत के घाट उतारा। और सहयोगी बने रीता के दो आशिक। रीता के अवैध संबंध की बात श्याम की मां को पता थी और उसने घटना वाली शाम इसी को लेकर रीता को कुछ कहा था, जिस पर दोनों ने जमकर झगड़ा हुआ था। गुस्से उतारने के लिए रीता ने श्याम को कुछ देने के बहाने घर में बुलाया और फिर हत्या कर दी। लाश को पहले भूसे में छिपाया और शनिवार को तड़के पानी से भरे ड्रम में छिपाकर रख दिया। बात बढ़ती देख उसने लाश को रविवार की सुबह घर के पीछे बने खंडहर में फेंका।

नई दिल्ली ।। दिल्ली पुलिस ने मंदिर में वेश्यावृत्ति कराने का एक रैकेट पकड़ा है। इस मामले में दो एयरहॉस्टेस समेत छह लड़कियों और एक कथि त स्वामी को गिरफ्तार किया गया है। पुलिस के मुताबिक गिरफ्तार किए गए दो कथित दलालों में एक शिवमूरत द्विवेदी (39)उर्फ इच्छाधारी संत स्वामी भीमानंदजी महाराज चित्रकूटवाले ने साउथ दिल्ली के खानपुर इलाके में एक मंदिर बनवाया था। जो छह लड़कियां गिरफ्तार हुई हैं उनमें दो एयरहॉस्टेस और एक एमबीए स्टूडेंट है। यह रैकेट पकड़ में तब आया जब गुरुवार को पुलिस को जानकारी मिली कि कुछ कॉलगर्ल और दलाल पीवीआर साकेत आने वाले हैं। पुलिस ने जाल बिछाया और फर्जी ग्राहक बन कर पुलिस अधिकारियों ने इनसे संपर्क किया। फर्जी सौदा हुआ और पूरी गैंग पुलिस की गिरफ्त में आ गया। दोनों एयर हॉस्टेस प्रमुख एयरलाइंस में काम करती हैं और साउथ दिल्ली के पॉश इलाकों में बड़े अपार्टमेंट्स में रहती हैं। डीसीपी (साउथ)एच.जी.एस. धालीवाल ने बताया कि अपनी करतूतों को छिपाने के लिए द्विवेदी ने अपना नाम बदल लिया और खुद को साई बाबा का शिष्य घोषित कर दिया। उसने बदरपुर में साई बाबा मंदिर शुरू किया और मंदिर के अहाते में ही वेश्यावृत्ति का धंधा शुरू कर दिया। उसने खानपुर में भी एक मंदिर बनवाया। वह सतसंग आयोजित करता था और प्रवचन भी देता था। उसने चित्रकूट में 200 बिस्तरों वाला एक अस्पताल भी बनवाया। पुलिस के मुताबिक द्विवेदी चित्रकूट का है और 1988 में दिल्ली आया। वह पहले नेहरू प्लेस के एक 5 स्टार होटल में वाचमैन था, फिर उसने लाजपतनगर के एक मसाज पार्लर में भी काम किया। वह वेश्यावृत्ति के मामले में 1997 में और चोरी की संपत्ति रखने के मामले में 1998 में गिरफ्तार हो चुका है।

नई दिल्ली।। वह भक्त की तरह मंदिर में आती थी, लेकिन उसकी निगाह मंदिर में आने वाले लोगों के सामान और चढ़ावे पर होती थी। मौका मिलते ही वह भक्तों का कीमती सामान चुराकर फरार हो जाती थी। मंगलवार को मंदिर के पुजारी ने महिला को रंगे हाथों मंदिर से नकदी चुराते हुए पकड़कर पुलिस के हवाले कर दिया। गिरफ्तार की गई आरोपी महिला की पहचान बीना (30) के तौर पर हुई। पुलिस मामले की छानबीन कर रही है। पुलिस सूत्रों से मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक, पिछले कुछ दिनों से साउथ अनारकली स्थित श्रीलक्ष्मी नारायण मंदिर से भक्तों का सामान चोरी हो रहा था। रविवार को कमला नाम की महिला का पर्स गायब हो गया था। पर्स मंे नकदी और मोबाइल आदि रखे हुए थे। महिला ने पुलिस को बताया था कि शिवलिंग की पूजा अर्चना करने के लिए उन्होंने अपना पर्स नीचे रख दिया। कुछ देर बाद उसने देखा तो पर्स गायब था। उन्हांेने इस बारे में पुलिसकॉल भी की थी। पकड़ में न आने के कारण महिला का हौसला बढ़ता गया। मंगलवार को एक बार फिर वह अपनी हाथ की सफाई दिखाने के लिए मंदिर में पहुंच गई। बीना साईं बाबा की मूर्ति के सामने पहुंची। वहां पर उनके चरणों में काफी नकदी रखी हुई थी। बीना ने इधर-उधर देखा कि कोई उसे देख तो नहीं रहा है। इसके बाद उसने नकदी उठाकर अपने पर्स में छिपा ली और वहां से खिसकने लगी। मंदिर के पुजारी को उस पर शक हो गया। उसने महिला को भागते देख शोर मचा दिया। उसी दौरान वहां मंदिर समिति के अध्यक्ष अशोक लाली पहुंच गए। उन्होंने अन्य लोगों की मदद से महिला को मौके पर ही पकड़कर पुलिस को कॉल कर दी। पुलिस ने मौके पर पहुंचकर महिला को अपने कब्जे में ले लिया। तलाशी के दौरान महिला के पर्स से मंदिर से चुराई गई नकदी के अलावा एक घड़ी भी बरामद हुई है।

The irony is in the name - Shiksha (शिक्षा) which means "Education" and her husband - Rajkumar (राजकुमार) which means "Prince"

This lady, Shiksha, was having an extra-marital affair with some Asad hailing from her native village. As it came out during trial, because of this affair she preferred to spent her time at her village and was not interested in moving to her matrimonial home in Delhi. Poor fellow Rajkumar, seemingly unaware of her affair, brought her forcefully, and rightly so as they were having kids to look after, to her matrimonial home in Delhi.

Little would this "Prince" have known that time that he invited his own unnatural death in doing so. Miffed at moving to Delhi and not being able to continue with her paramour, this lady "Education" hatched a plan to execute the "Prince" with help from his paramour and 2 of his friends. And one fine day when Rajkumar enters the house, these 3 guys, already waiting in the house for him, along with Shiksha, start beating him. Hearing commotion in the house their minor son Govind comes downstairs to witness that 3 guys supported her mother are beating his father and his maternal uncle is standing mute watching all this in front of his eyes.

After beating and killing Rajkumar the dead body is dumped into a septic tank. And all these foursome warn the kid to not open his mouth else he shall meet the same fate. After a 2 days when Rajkumar's father comes to see him, only then could Govind gather some courage to open his mouth and tell all that he witnessed. The police complaint and court trials then followed, convicting Shiksha and Asad on various charges of murder etc.

Imagine the plight of this young kid Govind and that of his aged grandfather.

One lost his father in his childhood and the other his support for his old age.

All this because of CRIMINAL intentions of a woman who could never become a good wife, good mother, good daughter-in-law.

A small family is thus destroyed at the hands of CRIME ABETTING WOMAN!!
