Woman claims to be gang raped by executives of Delhi Jal Board.
The BJP party president, instead of sticking to the contents and merits of the case goes on the malign Delhi Jal Board for several other matters (I'm not trying to take any stand here that the Jal Board is not corruption, just like most Govt. offices are deep in corruption, the Jal board could be no different than the rest)
This party president even goes further to appeal and suggest that Delhi CM, a woman herself is not looking at the plight of women.

After a lethargic investigation, the Delhi police findings:
"No sufficient evidence has been found in the probe against the accused persons and based on the findings, the accused cannot be prosecuted for the offences detailed in the FIR," the closure report, filed before Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Ajay Kumar Pandey, said.So one more RAPE case turns out to be a hoax.
Instead of reprimanding the woman for filing a false case, this is the behavior of court:
"Final report filed by ACP Jai Tirkey. Petitioner (alleged victim) is at liberty to file protest petition or objection, if any, on the next date of hearing when the report would be considered," the ACMM said.
Such is that state of affairs in the current laws and their implementation and judgement in India!!
